How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by going to the book online page, giving us a call at (425) 522-3164, or by sending an email. We recommend notifying us as early as possible before the listing should go live.
How long does a typical photoshoot last?
Photoshoots typically last between one to two hours depending on the size of the house and the number of images required. In large luxury homes, photoshoots can last 3-4 hours.
When will I get the final photos once the photoshoot is done?
It usually takes up to 24 hours to post-process all the photos and send you a link to the images via Dropbox. When there are more photos requested, it’s possible that it can take longer.
Do I own the photos I purchase?
trueONE retains all ownership and copyright of the images. Please see our terms and conditions regarding how the images may be used.
How long does a typical videography session last?
Video shoots typically last between one to three hours depending on the size of the house and the required length of the final video.
When will I get the final video once the video shoot is done?
It usually takes 24-48 hours to post-process all the footage and produce a final video. We then upload the final video to Vimeo and send you the video link.
Do I own the videos?

When is payment for the photos/video due?
We require that you make payment on the day of the photoshoot/videoshoot. Once we receive payment, we will insure that you receive the photos and/or video in a timely manner.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand that it can take significant coordination between multiple people to schedule a successful photoshoot. Aligning our schedule with those of the homeowner, agent, landscaper, painter, cleaner, and the weather doesn’t always go as planned. We try to be as flexible as possible.
If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
